Prompt for the EinsatzLeistungApp

Please create a React-JS application for the EinsatzLeistungModule. The application  has to offer the following views for the user interface: 
    1. EinsatzLeistungView 
    2. RechnungspositionView 
The views have to be reachable for the user via a menu list at the left side of each view. The requirements for the 2 views are defined below.

1. The EinsatzLeistungView must contain the following fields: 
    - name: Einsatz   type: Einsatz

    - name: IstTeilweise   type: BOOL 
    - name: LeistungskatalogEintrag   type: LeistungskatalogEintrag

The data source for the [Einsatz] select control should be loaded from the relative URL: 
    "/MitarbeiterService/einsatz"   (HTTP-GET) 
The data source for the [LeistungskatalogEintrag] select control should be loaded from the relative URL: 
    "/PflegedienstService/leistungskatalogeintrag"   (HTTP-GET) 
An existing EinsatzLeistung entity should be loaded from the relative URL: 
    "/EinsatzLeistungService/einsatzleistung/{id}"   (HTTP-GET) 
If a new EinsatzLeistung entity has been created, the new entity should be posted to the relative URL: 
    "/EinsatzLeistungService/einsatzleistung"   (HTTP-POST) 
If an existing EinsatzLeistung entity has been updated, the modified entity should be sent to the relative URL: 
    "/EinsatzLeistungService/einsatzleistung/{id}"   (HTTP-PUT) 
If an existing EinsatzLeistung entity has to be deleted, the following relative URL should be called: 
    "/EinsatzLeistungService/einsatzleistung/{id}"   (HTTP-DELETE) 
Add a HTML table to the view with the following Rechnungsposition columns: 
    - column: Betrag 
    - column: LeistungskatalogEintrag 
    - column: Menge 
    - column: Einzelpreis 
    - column: EinsatzLeistung 
    - column: Beschreibung 
    - column: Rechnung 
The table should have the title "Rechnungspositions" und the data must be loaded from the server with the following relative URL: 
    "/EinsatzLeistungService/rechnungsposition/einsatzleistung/{id}"

2. The RechnungspositionView must contain the following fields: 
    - name: Beschreibung   type: STRING 
    - name: Betrag   type: STRING 
    - name: EinsatzLeistung   type: EinsatzLeistung 
    - name: Einzelpreis   type: STRING 
    - name: LeistungskatalogEintrag   type: LeistungskatalogEintrag
