Please create a React-JS view called "HandlungsFeldView" for the fields of the HandlungsFeld entity. The HandlungsFeldView must contain the following fields:

If an existing HandlungsFeld entity has been updated, the modified entity should be sent to the relative URL: 
    "/FischereiHafenService/handlungsfeld/{id}"   (HTTP-PUT) 
If an existing HandlungsFeld entity has to be deleted, the following relative URL should be called: 
    "/FischereiHafenService/handlungsfeld/{id}"   (HTTP-DELETE) 
Add a HTML table to the view with the following Empfehlung columns: 
    - column: Titel 
    - column: IstTopEmpfehlung 
    - column: Code 
    - column: Prioritaet 
    - column: HandlungsFeld 
    - column: Studie 
    - column: Beschreibung 
The table should have the title "Empfehlungs" und the data must be loaded from the server with the following relative URL:
