Prompt for the AusgabeTerminApp

Please create a React-JS application for the AusgabeTerminModule. The application  has to offer the following views for the user interface: 
    1. AusgabeTeilnahmeView 
    2. AusgabeTerminView 
    3. PersonView 
The views have to be reachable for the user via a menu list at the left side of each view. The requirements for the 3 views are defined below.

1. The AusgabeTeilnahmeView must contain the following fields:

The data source for the [Haushalt] select control should be loaded from the relative URL: 
    "/LokaleTafelService/haushalt"   (HTTP-GET) 
The data source for the [AusgabeTermin] select control should be loaded from the relative URL: 
    "/AusgabeTerminService/ausgabetermin"   (HTTP-GET) 
An existing AusgabeTeilnahme entity should be loaded from the relative URL: 
    "/AusgabeTerminService/ausgabeteilnahme/{id}"   (HTTP-GET) 
If a new AusgabeTeilnahme entity has been created, the new entity should be posted to the relative URL: 
    "/AusgabeTerminService/ausgabeteilnahme"   (HTTP-POST) 
If an existing AusgabeTeilnahme entity has been updated, the modified entity should be sent to the relative URL: 
    "/AusgabeTerminService/ausgabeteilnahme/{id}"   (HTTP-PUT) 
If an existing AusgabeTeilnahme entity has to be deleted, the following relative URL should be called: 
    "/AusgabeTerminService/ausgabeteilnahme/{id}"   (HTTP-DELETE)

2. The AusgabeTerminView must contain the following fields:

An existing AusgabeTermin entity should be loaded from the relative URL: 
    "/AusgabeTerminService/ausgabetermin/{id}"   (HTTP-GET) 
If a new AusgabeTermin entity has been created, the new entity should be posted to the relative URL:

The table should have the title "AusgabeTeilnahmes" und the data must be loaded from the server with the following relative URL:

3. The PersonView must contain the following fields:

An existing Person entity should be loaded from the relative URL: 
    "/AusgabeTerminService/person/{id}"   (HTTP-GET) 
If a new Person entity has been created, the new entity should be posted to the relative URL: 
    "/AusgabeTerminService/person"   (HTTP-POST) 
If an existing Person entity has been updated, the modified entity should be sent to the relative URL: 
    "/AusgabeTerminService/person/{id}"   (HTTP-PUT) 
If an existing Person entity has to be deleted, the following relative URL should be called:
