Prompt for the MitgliedschaftsartApp

Please create a React-JS application for the MitgliedschaftsartModule. The application  has to offer the following views for the user interface: 
    1. MitgliedschaftView 
    2. MitgliedschaftsartView 
    3. VereinVerbandView 
The views have to be reachable for the user via a menu list at the left side of each view. The requirements for the 3 views are defined below.

1. The MitgliedschaftView must contain the following fields: 
    - name: Austrittsdatum   type: DATE 
    - name: Eintrittsdatum   type: DATE 
    - name: IstAktiv   type: BOOL 
    - name: Mitglied   type: Mitglied 
    - name: Mitgliedschaftsart   type: Mitgliedschaftsart 
    - name: Verein   type: Verein 
The data source for the [Mitglied] select control should be loaded from the relative URL: 
    "/MitgliedService/mitglied"   (HTTP-GET) 
The data source for the [Verein] select control should be loaded from the relative URL: 
    "/VereinService/verein"   (HTTP-GET) 
The data source for the [Mitgliedschaftsart] select control should be loaded from the relative URL: 
    "/MitgliedschaftsartService/mitgliedschaftsart"   (HTTP-GET) 
An existing Mitgliedschaft entity should be loaded from the relative URL: 
    "/MitgliedschaftsartService/mitgliedschaft/{id}"   (HTTP-GET) 
If a new Mitgliedschaft entity has been created, the new entity should be posted to the relative URL: 
    "/MitgliedschaftsartService/mitgliedschaft"   (HTTP-POST) 
If an existing Mitgliedschaft entity has been updated, the modified entity should be sent to the relative URL: 
    "/MitgliedschaftsartService/mitgliedschaft/{id}"   (HTTP-PUT) 
If an existing Mitgliedschaft entity has to be deleted, the following relative URL should be called: 
    "/MitgliedschaftsartService/mitgliedschaft/{id}"   (HTTP-DELETE)

2. The MitgliedschaftsartView must contain the following fields: 
    - name: Beschreibung   type: STRING 
    - name: Bezeichnung   type: STRING 
    - name: Code   type: STRING 
An existing Mitgliedschaftsart entity should be loaded from the relative URL: 
    "/MitgliedschaftsartService/mitgliedschaftsart/{id}"   (HTTP-GET) 
If a new Mitgliedschaftsart entity has been created, the new entity should be posted to the relative URL: 
    "/MitgliedschaftsartService/mitgliedschaftsart"   (HTTP-POST) 
If an existing Mitgliedschaftsart entity has been updated, the modified entity should be sent to the relative URL: 
    "/MitgliedschaftsartService/mitgliedschaftsart/{id}"   (HTTP-PUT) 
If an existing Mitgliedschaftsart entity has to be deleted, the following relative URL should be called:

Add a HTML table to the view with the following Mitgliedschaft columns: 
    - column: IstAktiv 
    - column: Verein 
    - column: Eintrittsdatum 
    - column: Mitgliedschaftsart 
    - column: Mitglied 
    - column: Austrittsdatum 
The table should have the title "Mitgliedschafts" und the data must be loaded from the server with the following relative URL: 
    "/MitgliedschaftsartService/mitgliedschaft/mitgliedschaftsart/{id}"

3. The VereinVerbandView must contain the following fields: 
    - name: Dachverband   type: Verein 
    - name: SeitDatum   type: DATE 
    - name: UntergeordneterVerein   type: Verein 
The data source for the [UntergeordneterVerein] select control should be loaded from the relative URL: 
    "/VereinService/verein"   (HTTP-GET) 
The data source for the [Dachverband] select control should be loaded from the relative URL: 
    "/VereinService/verein"   (HTTP-GET) 
An existing VereinVerband entity should be loaded from the relative URL: 
    "/MitgliedschaftsartService/vereinverband/{id}"   (HTTP-GET) 
If a new VereinVerband entity has been created, the new entity should be posted to the relative URL: 
    "/MitgliedschaftsartService/vereinverband"   (HTTP-POST) 
If an existing VereinVerband entity has been updated, the modified entity should be sent to the relative URL:
